A graduate of the prestigious Pacific Culinary Institute in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the renowned Culinary Institute of America, Chef Pete Weikel honed his culinary chops at such world-renowned restaurants as The Arizona Biltmore in Scottsdale, AZ, and Cascadia in Seattle, WA.  Chef Pete then became Executive Chef/Partner in the acclaimed 5 Star, Stadium Bistro, French restaurant in Tacoma, WA.  Following that, Chef Pete was selected as Executive Chef of the MLB Kansas City Royals, and in the off seasons, Chef Pete served as Executive Chef of the NFL Minnesota Vikings. Chef Pete’s talent for working with natural and organic suppliers then took him to Ft. Worth, TX where he served as the Executive Chef of the Central Market, responsible for sourcing and preparation of more than $800,000 a month of chef prepared natural and organic food using only the finest ingredients. Working directly with international specialty gourmet purveyors, for more than 17 years, Chef Pete has built relationships throughout the organic and natural food supply chain.
